All flights include a champagne brunch for morning flights or champagne dinner for evening flights following the flight. You will also receive a beautiful Flight Certificate of your flight, suitable for framing.

For all flights, excluding the private flight, you will be scheduled with other passengers to share in your ballooning experience.

Advance reservations are required. However, depending on the season, you may be able to book a flight the day before. All flights must be paid for seven (7) days in advance of the flight. If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us 48 hours before your flight date so we may refund your total payment. A refund of 50% is available with at least 24 hours notice. NO REFUND with less than 24 hours notice. A full refund is available for flights cancelled by Tranquil Sensations for any reason and if you are not able to reschedule your flight. All flights are dependent on weather conditions and pilot discretion.

About Flights

Dressing in comfortable, casual clothing is always recommended, since we are enjoying nature in a famland and desert environment. Temperature in the balloon is about the same as on the ground. Please dress in layers appropriate for the day's anticipated temperatures so as the temperatures rise, outer layers may be removed. During the winter months of December, January and February, a jacket may be necessary. Closed toe shoes should be worn. A hat and sunglasses are recommended but not required. Don't forget your camera and pleanty of film!

Our flights are daily. Enjoy morning flights from October through June, and afternoon flights from December through March. We generally meet an hour before sunrise for the morning flights and two hours prior to sunset flights. Our balloon flight will lift you high above the picturesque landscapes and give you breathtaking views of the Yuma and surrounding famlands and desert areas. We maintain our balloons according to Federal Aviation Administration standards and inspect all equipment to FAA standards. You will be flown by our Chief Pilot who is an FAA Certified Commercial Pilot with over ten years of flight experience.
