1 to 1 ½ hour Hot Air Balloon Ride (may vary depending on availability of landing sites)

Champagne Brunch – Each flight ends with a celebration featuring hot quiche, vegetables and dip, sweet rolls, chips and dip, brownies, Champagne or Sparkling Cider, and orange juice, water and soda.*(See Note)

The Newly Weds receive a special First Flight Certificate suitable for framing

Each new aeronaut receives a First Flight Certificate suitable for framing

Basket will be decorated with white tulle bows and garland

On wedding day, our limousine (holds 6 passengers) will pick up the bride and groom (and guests) and take them to the launching site for the wedding. After the brunch, the limousine drives them back to the hotel, residence or reception

Couple must have their marriage license beforehand

Note 1: Family and friends are welcomed to come see you launch into the skies and chase on the ground to see you land. Non flying guest may join the Champagne Brunch for an additional $10.00 per person. Reservations for non flying guest joining the brunch must be received 48 hours in advance. Payment required at reservation.

Note 2: Hot Air Balloon will be suspended in air (close to ground) for wedding ceremony. This allows your family and friends to view the ceremony. After ceremony, the hot air balloon will take you into the skies.

Note 3: Sunset flights are offered during the months of January and February only. Due to weather conditions in the Yuma area, afternoon flights are possible but have a greater chance of being cancelled. Sunrise flights are more likely to be held. All flights are subject to cancellation by Tranquil Sensations depending on weather conditions.

********CAUTION*********

We know everyone wants to put on a beautiful gown for their wedding, however, for hot air ballooning we recommend no gown be worn. The balloon basket and the equipment used in ballooning are not friendly or kind with wedding gowns. We suggest that you “dress up” from waist to head since that is all you can see when you are in the basket. This allows you to save the beautiful gown for the reception. Tranquil Sensations does not accept any responsibility or liability for any damage to gowns during your ballooning adventure.

To make your day a very special day with out the stresses normally associated with such an emotional event we recommend placing these responsibilities with our very own Wedding Coordinator. This includes coordination of all services: working with vendors, set up of site, ensuring all details are taken care of so you can enjoy your day.

The balloon wedding must be reserved two months in advance. We require $650.00 deposit which is refundable up to one month prior to the date. Deposit is non-refundable after that time
